Users at the Nude Beaches are free to carry on with their activities while plain nude. In some beaches though, free beach is allowed and only those who are interested can go nude. This is a topic that has in the last few years has seen some people avoid beaches as a result of what they term as obscene images on a public utility.
Since most of the beaches are on public land and therefore public access, there arises need to separate nude beaches from the public beaches. Such can control nude beach activities in the terms of optional- clothing on the nude beaches.
